As a co-developer of the cutting-edge Pastoral Formation Program in use by the Massachusetts Conference of United Church of Christ (MACUCC), I provide assessment and consultation for candidates seeking ordination in the UCC.

The program is currently in the consideration stage of becoming the national standard for the psychological evaluative process required of all candidates seeking ordination in the United Church of Christ (UCC).
